All training plans come with a nutrition plan for the duration of the training plan.


I strongly advise that you discuss your goals & experience level with me prior to purchasing a training plan. This way we can tailor the programme specifically to you.

Please note one-to-one sessions and any in-person consultations will enforce 2 meter distancing rules.
